Long, long day. (Thanks, Manong!)
What a long, long day. Again, it didn't start right. I had to rush my Chem artwork until an hour before my 10:00a class. Plus I had to have my papers printed but Ate Faith and her boardmates were already at the new apartment to check it out. Stressful, stressful morning.
And so I was in a hurry to get to class in time. But then the taxi driver started a conversation.
Manong: So, estudyante ka ng UP, hija?
Me: Ahh, opo.
Manong: Naku, ibig sabihin matalino ka?
Me: Ahh ehh, hindi naman po.
Manong: Eh bakit mo nasabi yan? Ang hirap hirap makapasok dyan e!
Me: E Manong, pag nakapasok ka na po, hindi mo na mararamdaman na matalino ka!
We then started laughing about stuff like my experiences with certain professors, then he told me I should study hard. He also convinced me I should sideline as a UP prof. But there was this one thing he said that almost made me cry...
"Mag-aral kang mabuti, hija ah? Alam kong magsa-succeed ka sa buhay. Mabait kang tao e." (Opo, Manong, paninindigan ko yan!)

My heart was beating so fast as Clauds, Shobe, Meg, and I went up the stairs to check if our standing in Chem lab was already posted. Unfortunately, our agony had to be prolonged til Thursday. On Friday, we'll know our lec standing and the 3rd LE results. How I wish I'd pass the 3rd LE!
BTW, I was the one who asked our Chem lec prof about the results. Haha.

Had lunch at Kitaro (Katip) with Meg and Shobe. Pic galore, as usual. And it's been more than a year since I last used chopsticks. Marunong-runong pa naman, haha. All four of us ate a lot! And Meg 'took Shobe home' while Clauds and I decided to go home.
But we didn't. Just as we were about to hail a cab, Clauds asked if I wanted to go inside Ateneo. And we got inside without IDs, haha! We went bench-hopping then finally settled at the caf. And then we played around with my oil pastel set. I drew on the flirteh side while Clauds drew on the kinkeh one. (Ang kuliiiit!) And then we decided to go home.
On our way outside Ateneo, a familiar voice called Clauds. It was Virg sitting with Aids on the goal net! Kumusta naman?! "Welcome home, have a sit down!" Ginawang sandalan ang goal net? At teka, what were they doing there too? (They're from UP rin!) And so another kwentuhan session was made. Virg and Aids finally put their reviewers down. And we all leaned on the goal net. (And I dissected a weed. Nerrrd.) But then we realized it was getting late and we had to go. So we said goodbye to the two and set off.
But Starbucks was just a footbridge away. Eventually, we gave in to temptation (again!) and had some coffee and talked more nonsense (like we always do).
And then we FINALLY went home.
