Halfway through

Finals Week makes you bitter and sorry for yourself not just for expecting mediocre grades but also for looking your worst from all the hassle. And so you console yourself by saying, "Hey, there is beauty in eyebags."

Bio vs. Psych

Aligam, Katrina G., de Rivera, Margarita S., Sumilang, Francesca P. (2007). The Effect of Language Used in Instruction on Reading Comprehension. Unpublished research paper, University of the Philippines, Quezon City.

Unpublished AND definitely unfinished.

I should be working on results and discussion already but the Circulatory System postlab is unethically long. And I have no idea if it's due on Friday or next Tuesday so I'm trying to finish it before Friday to be sure. BUT I definitely do not want to cram my results and discussion, which is why I don't know which one to prioritize.

I both love Bio (because I'll be going to Med) and Psych (because I'm a Psych major) but I never expected they'd suddenly cease to co-exist harmoniously. Rarrr. This feels so much like being torn between two lovers, not that I've been in that real situation. Gahh.

On a lighter note, I am just so relieved that I'm not going to the States this summer. Of course I want to meet up with Hannah and Sarah and bond with my cousins, but I really really want to take summer classes! Originally, Joy and I were planning to take Bio 12. But since I wanted to optimize my Bio learning, I figured I just couldn't cram that much info into my memory in so little time. Walang Bio love nun! I'll be taking Psych 150 (Personality) with Sir Ton instead. I just hope I can readvise with Ma'am Ortega ASAP. I also hope I get a slot in his class too. The sched would also be nice if I get a morning class so I'd have time in the afternoon for random things.

But as for now, I'd definitely want AY 2006-2007 to end. Four more long exams, one oral defense plus final paper, one final exam and I could finally just lie around and do nothing.

Athens: Sa'yo 'yung pangatlo.

Chesca: :|

Athens: I love your expression!

Chesca: :((
